The aim of the project involves the production of 5 theatre productions that show how the image of women in Romanian drama has undergone changes, going through the communist period, the period immediately after 1989 and the present. 

The research part of the project involves the documentation and production of 10 informative videos (5 by a theatreologist and 5 by a historian), a scholarly article, a conference and four debates with the public in the presence of a psychologist.
